Since the Council will now be expecting you to create an E-Portfolio and will no longer be requiring your portfolio in a binder, you will still want to have a binder to keep your documents organized before uploading them to the Council. Also, if you create your E-Portfolio using the Council's new E-Portfolio tool, when it is completed, you will have the option to print off a copy of the entire contents for yourself... and the binder is the perfect place to keep this!
